Mosto, Negramaro, Carparo, Chianca, and Tufo are the Classic Rooms of Borgo Sentinella. They preserve the authentic charm of traditional Apulian masseria, enhanced with subtle contemporary touches. Each room is located either on the ground floor or the first floor.
SUPERIOR ROOM
The Superior Rooms at Borgo Sentinella are located on the ground floor and feature an outdoor patio. Handcrafted furnishings, natural materials, and contemporary details create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere with authentic Apulian charm.
DELUXE ROOM
Located on the ground or first floor, the Deluxe Rooms feature a double bed, a single bed, and a comfortable relaxation area. Here, the traditional style of the Apulian masseria blends with modern touches, creating a stay of authentic Mediterranean charm.
JUNIOR SUITE
The Junior Suite at Borgo Sentinella features a spacious layout with separate sleeping and living areas. The authentic character of the masseria is reflected in the choice of materials and the handcrafted details throughout. Located on the ground floor, it also includes an outdoor patio.
Two-level APARTMENT

Agave, Malva, Carrubo, Mirto and Alloro are the Suites of Borgo Sentinella, located in a newly built wing of the masseria.
